How does one complete his quest in Neverwinter?

Search one of the houses in the Beggar's Nest for the piece of paper you need.

Firetoad, I noticed you started three seperate threads with one question in each. It's would be better if you ask all of them in one thread alone. Just a tip, mate.

In the beggar's nest district in the corner of the map near the temple there's a building with a man in it who asks you to take him to meet Aldo in the centre of the district. In the room where you find him is a cabinet with some documents in - it's those documents that Tomi wants.
