I just posted some Undrentide questions in the wrong forum. OOOps. So I'm under the gnoll caves in the elemental trials and I'm getting my rear end handed to my left and right, does anyone have a ggod stratage for making it thru?
Also I'm playing as a battle priest and not holding my own very well, should I multi-class, and if so to what?
One more, how do I start a prestige class, do I need to be a certain level?
Any and all help is appreciated, jason the Red.

Alright I remember now, the underground caves beneath the Gnoll habitat . I'm sorry to say I have no strategies myself as I really just hacked and slashed my way through it. I'll let someone else who remembers it better than I answer that for ya. Your class seems okay, Clerics can hold their own.

To start a prestige class you need to meet all the prestige class requirements. You can see these when you click on the class in your level up screen or in your manual around page 16.

Check what I put in the NWN's forum.

As for multiclassing from a cleric - I wouldn't advise it. Clerics are pretty strong characters, particularly as they progress in level and have more spells. They are great as hammer and shield rpg characters.

As far as the prestige classes are concerned there really aren't any for SOU that complement a cleric (except perhaps a Blackguard if your evil) - but for SOU I wouldn't advise multiclassing from a cleric. The key to any spell caster is higher levels of spells, if you multiclass your not getting any higher spells.
