Does tutu change Viconia's magic resistanceto the BG2 form? if so she would actually become worth picking up.

quick tutu answer: Viconia has been modified to reflect her BG2 abilities in v5 of the Tutu mod. Because Tutu uses the BG2 engine, there is every reason to believe that the MR% in her case is implemented as with BG2.

I'm not sure if you mean her total MR or the failure of beneficial spells. In Tutu, her MR stays at 50% like it was in BG (as opposed to her 65% in BG2), but healing and other beneficial spells bypass MR like they do in BG2.
