Is there any reason to keep Vi's Mace? She wants to hold on to it for whatever reason but all it does is take up one of her item slots nad as a weap it... leaves much to be desired, and I've got her using polearms anyhow. Does anyone know if its ok to get rid of it, or if there's some special use for it at some point? And if the best thing to do is dump it, is there an ideal way of dumping it?

I haven't actually tried this, mind you, but I'm pretty sure you can kill her (go diving without a tank is the easiest way), take the mace off of her, and then resurrect her.

I don't think you'll need the mace at any point in the game (there are other ones just like it anyways...)

I just saw your question in the thread about Marten's Badge and I have so far just let her keep it.

Skrewloose's drastic suggestion sounds like it may be the only effective one.

I could just see it now, I let her drown or die, go for the mace and her spirit makes some wisecrack, "So, I bet you thought this'd be a piece of cake huh?? That is just too funny!

You can do it easily by

1. Dropping her stun mace using the drop icon.

2. Putting something very valuable from the party inventory into her personal inventory.

In VERY QUICK succession....

Works with all other NPC "undroppable" items. Tested and confirmed with Vi's mace, Urq's ring and Trantis's stun rod.

actually the stupid mace very common what ... can find in the HLL barracks .... in Arnika .... why she want it so badly ... ???
