Spoiler.... I have the wand and sanctuary key but I cant open the big door out of the Portal..any help would be appreciated.. Thanks ahead of time.. ;)

The "Key" to the door you mentioned is the Beckoning Stone.

It is in the rift, keep looking if you don't have it.
