After killing the breeders, why did my faction rating with the Trynnies drop? They all attack me now, I thought I was supposed to kill the breeders? A little help on where I might have messed up?

Only the Rattkin faction will attack you. Not the puny mouses of the lower branches! They will still be your ally.
