Well, if you have the canezou and he's given you the dark nectar, then just walk out of Al-Adryian's room, make a right, and open the locked door with the initiate's badge (lock is on the wall and you have to be pretty close). That will send you on the way to Al-Sedexus.

If you haven't collected the canezou yet, then go back out to the balcony and talk to the other Templar standing there.
