Have finely made alliance between Umpani and T`rang, talked to Umpani general, says to use T`Rang tracking device on rocket.

But can't find anyplace on the rocket aimed for the Dark Savant's ship. I clicked device on every inch of that north west rocket and only thing tells me is "You might want to keep that item" sorta message.

Where does one place the Tracking device please?

There's a panel near the rocket. just click on the slot to launch the rocket.
