Im playing as a stalker and I was just woundering if there is a better set of Studed leather armour than the shadow dragon armour?

Oh and opinions on the best Helmet would be nice!

there is a leather armor made from human skin. if enhanced with the blood of a silver dragon it will become +5 i guess.
