Can someone tell me where I find the prisoner's chain, and can I get
the vampire wings from any vampire bat?
Also, where do I find the sorceress' heart? (Is it from a rapax
sorceress?)

The chain is in the rift on that prisoner you give the staff of ash to. The heart of the sorceress is from the SE wilderness on the sorceress queen. The vampire bat wing was the hardest thing for me to get, but I have come across them in the arnika-trynton road, in Trynton, and in the Mount Gigas complex

In prior games I was overloaded with vampire bat wings, in my current one I did all of Mt. Gigas-- usually seems the richest source of them-- without getting one.

So once I had the other items, I returned to the Unexplored region of the Mt Gigas caves, wandered around quite a while racking up huge exp. from the contagion bats. I kept x-ray running, and when I spotted a large group of hostiles nearby, saved before attacking in case they were vampires. Once I had a good group or vampires waiting, I simply reloaded and re-fought until I got a wing drop. Probably took about an hour and a half, but on the last try, 4 out of 7 dropped wings... Never rains without pouring, I guess.

I find the vampire chain very useful for magic using characters that have naturally low HP, esp. as they often start the game with access to few weapons other mace/flail.
