Can anyone confirm this?
I usually have a bard cast haste, and i always get exactly 10 speed points per power level.
With which kind of caster do you get 75 points?
Maybe it is a character with powercast?

that's what i always thought. you know that skills max out at 125 though

Probably any Bishop or Psionic with beefed up Fire skill and Level.

Powercast will increase the amount of speed that a Haste spell adds.
