I must be missing something.

The Mana fountain in trynton Hexes my characters much more often than retrieves mana. I could not find the IQ fountain at all.

Help?

The IQ one is right next to Fuzfass' Potion Palace [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yeah, but the Hex affect fades fast, though you can use 'uncurse' to lift it even faster.

Seems to me high level chars with better resistences are less likely to get hexed...

I agree with Oru, as you level up you resist the effects more it seems - usually I used that fountain after I had a couple of portal spells, so the hexing never seemed to bad to me, but by then I already had decent levels.

I am confused. There is a fountain in trynton that gives each of your characters +5 intelligence. I have seen several references to it, but have not found it yet. There is also the Hex/Mana fountain. Are the two the same?

Nope, they are different fountains. The Hex/mana one is right near where you first come out of the "trunk" part of Trynton into the branches. It's up the closest ladder from there. The Int fountain is out in front of Fuzfass' potion palace.

BTW the Int fountain works only 1 time; the other is unlimited.
