I believe I have had it for a long time. I am in the Rapax Castle now. I think I got it in the Tryniee Armory, but I am not completly sure.

I don't recall having it. I'm about to go to the Ascension. Should I get it before I go? I think I will, though it may take awhile. I need more cloaks anyway, they are hard to get in this game.

on the trynie path at ascension peak, the oak-type monsters drop them regularly (I must have got 3 or 4 of them throughout my latest game, but I lingered in that area for exp.).

By coincidence, I just came upon one this evening. It was in a Rattkin chest in the building with Calzone. This may be a random thing; dunno.

Some of the items are random, and I think that cloak of perception is too. The cloak you can buy at Bela is cloak of many colors.

cloak of perception is dropped by the oaks in AP very often.
