hey guys how do i turn in kunar when i try the general he tells me to follow channels. when i tell balbrek he asks for proof how do i acquire this proof?
i have talked to kunar paid him and gotten the pass.
when i show balbrek the pass he just says he doesn't need it.

All in the same conversation with Balbrek, you have to say Kunar then Spy then hit "trade" and "give" to hand over the Fake Pass. If that doesn't work, then the lines got out of sequence somehow. (are you all caught up on Ump quests?)
