In the docks district in a house you get the silver horn of Valhalla. There is a merchant on some deck in Waukeen's Promenade that is good with horns. If you get a diamond and a beljuril, you can upgrade it to the Bronze Horn of Valhalla, and then the Iron Horn of Valhalla.

If I am not mistaken you can take that gemstone to a merchant in waukeens prom and he can upgrade the horn of valhala if you have it.

uhh ohh that could be bad news are you guys talking about in the middle of the promenade or on the side like by where you can go to the adventurers mart? and if you had a name ide be so very very appreciative. the reason I ask is that I'm evil and did tear up quite a bit of the promenade in killing the circus freaks. dont know what it is but I never liked carnies. anyways that did kill a number of bystanders

Pretty sure it,s on the left side of promenade.I beleive the shop owners name is ENGE,or sumtin like that.
