Hi all...
I got one Light sword from the Bayjin chest drop, and I'm wondering if I need to waste time fightin Buc's ghosts....does the game allow another Light sword to drop or is it just one per game?

I see no reason as to why you shouldn't be able to get some from the Buc's. You also might want to add a spoiler tag to your thread title. You are giving away the light sword locations....

Yah, it's possible to get a total of eight. The chance is around 1.5% for each of the Buccies to drop one, so if you keep reloading and kill only one at a time, backing out of the fight once you get one, might take a few months RT, though. My record is three (in over 70 games that went that far)--i got one at the chest first try, and one from the first Buccy also first try, so i ran away to save and came back. It took certainly more than 50 more tries; i lost count when i put that save on hold and played other parties, and went back to that save from time to time to try until it drove me nuts. It was a Hobbit Trio; Bard, Gad, Ninja.

WOW.....you had a lot of spare time that few months eh??? :) j/k Ok, I've killed 2 Bucs and have remaining 5 down to 30-50 health or so, and I'm runnin out and casting a Banish and a Piercing Pipes and that pretty much takes em all out at once...I've been at it for just today, reloaded probably close to 100 times.....I've gotten one Light Shield and one Cutlass of the Damned; otherwise, nothin special....thanx for info tho!
