You'll have to kill the guy who caused the curse. Look at your journal and go gather clues based on that information. Or just go to the house to the left of the Slaver Building in the Slums.......

And I think you need to make regular visits to see Anomen's parents to keep him "sane". I think he sux for that very reason.
