I can kill him, he just wont die. It even says LICHNAME - Death in the chat window. Soon as he dies, he's back at full health. Bug? or am I doing something wrong?

He has cast mislead to create a duplicate of himself and turn himself invisible. You have killed the duplicate not him! Cast true sight etc to reveal him and next time will be the last.
