If you want to know how many XP kills he has made, go to your Info screen in your Character Record.

No i mean what he would be worth iff i killed an identical character like him?
Like drizzt is worth 12000 xp points geddit?

Player characters aren't worth experience at all. There's no way of calculating how much XP someone is worth, the programmers just think of a number and shove it in there.
