I'm trying to rescue Aerie, and have found out that I should go to Umar Hills.
The problem is that Umar Hills is grayed out on my map, and I'm unable to select the area.
(That is, it's like a disabled icon).
I _really_ wan't to rescue her.

Go to the city gates first. Then it will be enabled.

I have a similar issue, I dont even have umar hills on my map.

It will probably be enabled when you get to the city gates but if you can go to the De'Arnise Keep you might want to go there first, then to Umar Hills.
