Please assist.

I have had this silly little quest in my journal for a while now and cant seem to find the 'man in read' who is supposed to be in the bridge district. I have his read cloth sample, but finding him is eluding me. Thank you for your help.

Well i found him standing outside a none flagged building and when you shows him the red cloth he will jump into a building and after a fight two other guys runs away and you can free a noble woman at the top stairs, don´t know much about that, or there other quests around this one?
I took me like one or two dys before I found that redrobed man..

Go to the southwest corner of the map in the bridge district and you will find him.

By the way, you must speak to the Gravedigger (find him in the Graveyard) before the Man in Red will appear. I spent hours looking for him before I spoke to the Gravedigger!
