hey I just beat bg2 and I would like to start over. when I beat it I was a half-elf, sorcerer, lawfulgood character. In may group was Valgyr, Jaheria, Minsc, Mazzy, and Aerie anyway I have some questions like.
1. what race should I be?
2. what alignment should I be?
3. what class I should be?
4. who should I have in my party?

I was just rereading my post and thought maybe I didn't make my question clear enough. so I want peoples opinion, like if I should be a palidan and why.

For something neat, try a lawful evil human monk. Pretty interesting class, they get some really handy abilities and just an overall fun character.

As for who you would have in your party, try the three evils, Cernd, and um... Imoen? Too bad they don't have an evil paladin. Try that and do all the quests in an evil fashion. Help the fallen paladins, be faithful to the Unseen Eye, take bribes from Fiirag, etc. (but not being so evil that you can't keep neutrals in the party or move around without getting in fights with guards). See if it is easier being evil or not.
