Help! what do I do in Brynnlaw I have spoken to everyone in town. Am I suppossed to find the Guy with the Medallion or get commited to the Asylum or what?

I found two methods: talk to the pirate leader (either talk him into letting you in or claim to be insane) or kill Perth the Adept (I think he has a key)
