I am about to get Jan Jansen but i dont know who to remove from my party. What do you all think???

Most people drop Yoshimo. It depends on whether you are a mage or not. If not, then get Jan, if you are then you'll have a lot of mages.

By the way, try to avoid dropping the women from the group (unless you intend not to pick them up later). Some of them you can have romances with and you can't if you ever make them leave the party, even if only a minute.

You can always do my trick. Take them out into the woods, drop them on the other side of the map, then scarper as quick as possible. If you ever want them back, head on over to the woods and they'll ask if you really want to drop them.
