Where the heck is the Nether Scroll? I've looked all around in the Graveyard, but I can't find it...

it is in the lower tombs. it should be marked on your map.

Okay, next question... how do I get in? Game says the door is barred from the other side...

there is more than one entrance to the lower tombs. one is in the northeastern part, one the southwestern and the one that is bard, well you know where that is.
