I have Jaheria in my party and now she has has to go to the Harpers Hold due to some circumstances. So now I need a little help since I thought that Harpers Hold could be found in the docks but the house is empty when I enter... So any help is welcome!

Since Im in chapter 6 I've already done that part of the Harper quest. Since I don't want to spoil by teling too for those that don't have come so far I just want to know if that building in the docks is the Harpers Hold?
