i installed the xcap remover, i wanted my half orc fighter, to go up some levels
but now im starting a new game with a ranger so i deleted the xp cap remover file in the override folder because i want to import this character into nwn when it comes out, and maybe there will be problems with importing level 33 characters
so after i delte it my characters cant earn experience anymore, so does anybody know what i should do

I wouldn't be overtly concerned regarding your experience points. Transferring from BG into NWN will make you a non-vault character anyway, and I believe that the experience will adjust if the program deems it too high for the campaign. You can always use Shadow Cheater to lower your experience to an acceptable level if this has you really bothered though.

maybe there if i copie the override folder from the cd.....
but its just nice to have a lot of characters with the maxed out exp
