I understand that message boards are not like chat rooms. However, methinks my computer illiteracy is making this harder than it should be.

When I log in, post a message, reply, or anything else, the only way I seem to be able to see responses is to quit the board, come back and reset the search for the past 2 days. Is this normal or am I a moron?

just 'refresh' the page, maybe you are looking at a non-actualized page. (to refresh, click on the refresh button in your Iexplorer or Netscape Navigator. In Iexplorer it can be done by pressing F5 too).

Thanks. Just now tried it. Nope. Nada. Zilch. This can mean only one thing: the computer gods are displeased with me and require a sacrifice. I must away now and seek out the not so elusive house kitty...

If refreshing doesnt work, i cant think of something else. maybe more experienced users (like Memnoch, hey Memnoch, help this guy !!! ) will be able tell you.

I have thought of another thing that may help you...
When you modify a thread (posting a new one or replying an existing one) DONT press "BACK" on your explorer to return to the main page, you should better click on the "GO" button in the bottom of the page.
