ok when you install the game it prompts you to configure the game to the setting of your computer,when i did this the first time i set it to the 233 chip setting of my computer,i had a poor time with it to the point that the screen was SLOW to up date it would jump and couldn't even play,what i was saying is click on the button that you use to save the game and off to the right there should be a icon that sayes Game Play the is a slide bar to configure the mouse scroll speed set this to where you feel you're comfortable with it ,if this doesn't help try this set the speed [in the "Configure" in the game folder in the "start menu"]to average speed 450mhz or so ,try this if this doesn't work i don't know what to do,
