I gave the Lanthorn to Elham and he sent me through a tree to Suldanessellar. There`s supposed to be an elven city here. All I can find or old tree trunks with the occasional monster. There`s a cave, but it doesn`t seem to have any secret exits.
Where on earth is this elven city?
I`m supposed to find priestess Demin in a house. Well, there aint no houses where I am.
Could you please help me again?

Have you enter the elven city already? When you give Elhan the Lanthorn, you should automatically see the "movie", then proceed to chp 7. Suldanesslar is not in the Forest of Tethyr map, though its entrance is there....it is located on the tree in the Northeast corner of the map. Once you are in the elven city, Demin's house is located at the far west area of the city map, you will be greeted by a drow and a nabassu (you can't miss it).
