Yes, provided you enter through the Underdark Exit map, just back track your way back. Just make sure you don't reenter the Drow city since I think you will be stuck there if you hang around too much after you did the Dragon Egg Quest.

Actually, if you enter the Drow City, you'll just have to kill everything in it to get out...Simple...Heh..

Go back in for that? I killed all the sappy Drow BEFORE I left (couldn't be bothered racing from the wimps)

It would be handy doing the mind flayer quest Dog of War as you get sizeable experience and spoiler

part of the equalizer sword can be found in the illithid dungeon too.Definitely worth a look in.Damn I liked the underdark, really liked being a drow and a right bastard drow at that!!!
