I got a piece of bow, a Bow of Lightning I think. Its only part of the bow. What do I do with it ?

You wait until you've got the other part that you need. Then you get Cromwell to put it together for you.
One part of it is in the Bridge district and the other part is in the underdark.

The bow piece that you have is part of the Gensen Bow. Get both shaft and string and bring it to the friendly drawf at the Dock District.

How many parts are there to the Bow? I have the String and a shaft (is there only one part to the shaft?).

The bow only got two parts: string and shaft....
