ok what is that pommel of Neutrality??? If it goes on a sword than where can i find it and what does it do?

it is the butt of a sword, you find varius parts for it (the but the hilt and the blade and other part of other weapons) as the game goes on and then you can ask a dwarf named Cromwell to put it togeather.

That's the gem for the sword Equalizer, the other 2 parts can be found in various dungeons in Chapter 5 (Underdark).
