I am doing the Mae'Vars treachery quest right now and I got a key from Edwin to some strongbox,but I don't know where to find it

Second floor, first room North of the Stairways. The chest is right beside the bed and kinda hard to see without looking.

Is that at Mae'Vars guildhall?
