Minsc's berserker rage makes him attack your party after your enemies are killed right? Do the fighter rage and barbarian rage do the same or does it only cause your guy to attack bad guys? What is the difference between the rages?

I think you can end others' battle rage at any moment. Minsc just has to be frustrating like that I guess.

Berserker and barbarian are controllable, unlike Minsc's.

Minsc’s is more like an NPC special ability, as rangers don’t normally get Rage or Enrage ability.

Im not sure about minsc rage stats but the barbarian is +4 to strength and constitution, +2 save vs spells, +2 penalty to armor class, and immunity to charm, hold, fear, level drain, and I think maze and imprisonment as well. Enrage gives +2 to hit and damage and -2 to armor class, 15 extra hp's, and the same immunitys as rage.

Caleb pretty much answered it spot-on. Minsc's Berserker thing is something else again, brought over from BG1.

With a certain sword, you can have Minsc go berserk, but, still be able to control him. He won't attack your party members. With this sword, he also can not be Charmed.
