I read i a thread that with intelligiens 18 you could memorize all spells but I have to drink some potions once in a while to have all scrolls leared... is it just me or...

is is wrong that if you have a inteligence at 18 you can learn all the spells, you actually need some potions to get a 100% chanse to learn them.

You can learn spells up to 9th level if your intelligence is 18, but you can only learn a maximum of 18 spells per level - you need intelligence of 19 or greater to learn more than that. You can drink Potions of Genius or similar that will temporarily increase your intelligence, thus allowing you to learn more spells than your intelligence would otherwise allow you to.
