i AM in spellhold jsut about to go through the big head thing, and i know there is that machine which gives out items for mithrial tokens BUT I CANT FIND IT!. I've spent ages looking everywhere over the whole dungeon area and i have found nothing. Could someone give a really specific location.

Have you been in the room where the paintings you've collected open up the walls?
(mind flayer, Troll, Umber Hulk, Genie...)

If you go into the room where the umber hulk came out of youll find that it leads to a corridor. Follow the corridor and it splits -
one way you get to a small room with 3 golems, the other way it leads to the machine your after.

Overall speaking, the token machine is in the middle of the Upper Asylum Dungeon map. The access point is on the north side of the map, there is only one entrance to the room with the token machine.
