This is one of the best sites I found for this. You can get the stats of all of the major Abyssal Lords as well as the Arch-Devils of Baator, not to mention a whole bunch of other cool stuff. Check it out.

Just out of interest what is the difference between a Demon and a Devil?

Demon = CE alignment & dwells in the Abyss.
Devil = LE alignment & dwells in the Nine Hells.
