Must you equip you thief with a l/s/dagg/kat/ninj in order to back stab? What about multiclassed weapons?

It must be a bladed weapon, i.e. you cannot backstab with a club (doh...logical really http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif). So you can use long/short swords, katanas, scimitars, daggers and washiwhatevers http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif
