I had finished Nalia's Quest and let her go. I dont remember where
she said to meet her again, but I was at the Copper Coronet freeing
the slaves. As I was smashing the lowly guards I saw in my dialogue
box that Nalia was taking hit points. A few seconds later she was dead.
Is this possible? She was not a member of my party. Where does Nalia go
after you release her? I thought this was very strange.

Yes this is possible, if you are fighting the slavers and Nalia is in Copper Coronet (but not part of your party), she will still fight with you...
