is there any way i can keep both viconia and keldorn on my team because i heard that they leave your party and have a fight!!

<font color="gold">Well, there is a patch that fixes all partyproblems, noone will leave, nor fight.
The only problem is, that the only site I know of who has that patch, is currently down. But I'll give you the URL, so you can check in from time to time.

If the figth happens maze Keldorn.Viconia will ask you to rejoin the party and when Keldorn returns he too will join and they will live happily ever after...
BTW why do you want to have a palladin a drow cleric in the same party?

As to Keldorn-Viconia, I played through one game where my rep was kept solidly in the middle, with everybody more or less pleased; and I wore that ring that increases charisma to 18. The pair of 'em never fought. Make of that what you will--I could have just been lucky.
