I forgot to get the gesen bow string and all the other items in the asylum dungeon. I have a saved game in brynnlaw, but then I'd have to do the whole fish-city (Shanguin???)thing again. When I get out of the Underdark, Can I go back to Brynnlaw?

However, you can get Shadowkeeper and add the items you missed to you inventory.
