I went into Mekraths lair in the sewers and did it and when I went to leave the lair, my computer froze and quit. I went back to the saved game which was right after i did the lair and before I entered the stairs to the sewers. To my dismay the stairs to the sewers transported me to a perch high atop the north wall in the bridge district, the only escape being to go back to Mekraths lair. I was stuck in a loophole. So there, a bug that really, really. PISSED ME off.

Actually, there are stairs up and down. The stairs going up take you to a perch looking over the bridge district. The staris going down should take you back to the sewer. Hope this helps.
