i have played the game through a few times without any editing but this time through im doin absolutley every little quest i possibly can but the one thing that bugs me is level draining

i want to create a ring and the only thing i want it to do is make me immune to level drain and ability acore drain so basically negative plane protection.

Can anyone tell me how i can do this? or even send me a file that contains such an item

Archon, the item you will want to examine is AMUL26, the Amulet of Power (which makes the wearer immune to level drain). When you examine the effect that makes the wearer immune, you can then copy that effect onto RING01, a plain ring with no special effects. Except for the fact that I'm not home right now, I would be more than happy to make the ring for you. Believe me, there are plenty of people on this board who are more than capable of creating such a ring. Isn't this place great?</font>

the first time i played bg2 the vampires routinely kicked my ass, so much so that i huddled in an inn from 11pm to 7am every night. i did exactly what you did until i figured out other ways to get around it. until then though you want this effect in IEEP

you can also add in stuff so the level drain icon and "2 etc levels drained" text doesnt show up, but it's not necessary.
