I have been trying to kill the beholders inthe beholder lairs at Underdark. Any tips? Spefically the onese at the upper right, I beleive there are two small ones and a large one.

Quite a good tactic is using the priest spell magic resistance a few times. Or if you have a Paladin then you can use the holy avenger (it gives 50% magic resistance). Also the druid spell miscast magic might cripple the beholders. I dont know about that, ive not tested it. I think spell turning works too.
