Yes, but it takes a lot of time and effort. The time it takes you to create one, you could have most likely played a full game of BG2.. Maybe.. Depends on the Kit.

I think there is a program that gives you detailed instructions on how to. Be forewarned! It is not legal to do so (or maybe it is..)

it is easy to do.
go to teambg.com and i think they have it there under downloads and stuff, or go to google.com and do what i did which was just type in "kit creator for baldurs gate 2"

i dont think it is illegal,and he is wrong! it doesnt take that long, i did a pretty good kit in about 5 days

I *tried* to make a kit and some cutom spells, etc, but it got messed up... for some reaon it always gives me a piece of dialog from BG2 instead of the spell/kit name... sigh. I have no idea why too...
