I just beated Firkraag and then i got some red scales from his body. It said i could make an armor for it but where can I forge it to be an armor?

You can make the fire dragon armour in Cromwell, a dwarf at the docks district. His house is in the south-east corner.

along with all other aritfacts. watch out tho he charges a fortune.
