I know that you need the golden pantaloons and the silver ones but do you assemble the thing with just those or do you need any more items.
I´ve seen something like the big metal rod WTF is that all about some kind a weapon and is it cool???

Personally I used the cheats to get the big metal unit myself. Don't get me wrong I don't normally use cheats but in this case I wasn't going to put in the effort to build it (if that is possible). I for one didn't like it though. What it actually does is...........

It changes your character into a Juggernaut Golem with 5% magic resistance and an AC of -10. It does big dammage but I didn't like it because it was just too big and bulky to cary around in my party.

Anyway to make it you need:

The Golden Pantaloons from Baldurs Gate 1 which can be found in the Friendly Arm Inn.

The Silver Pantaloons from SOA. You get those by taking the evil path of the Buried Alive Mini Quest in the Graveyard. If you head to the slums and collect the ransom for Lady Elgea, you'll get them.

The Bronze Pantalletes from TOB. You'll get these in Abazigal's Enclave from Lycanth the mad wizard.

Once you have all these go to the Blacksmith in Amkethran and he'll make the big metal unit for you.

Too much work for me there heh. I just used the cheat and then ditched the thing anyway. If you want the code for it though just let me know and I'll pass it over for you. Unless you are really keen on it I'd say just forget about that one [img]smile.gif[/img]
