Can anyone help me... I cannot figure out how to open the door with the stone face.. I have been everywhere inside... at least to my knowledge.. tanks in advanced.

To open the door with the stone face you need to use the Serpent Staff that the Lich has in his hands -- there are a few ways of getting that staff, one of which involves finding the ancient relic from the caslte dungeon.
