I haven't seen this one posted before - if this is old news - sorry

While training in the mage guild, I accidently clicked on train Intelligence (even though I was at 18, and "couldn't be trained any more"). What happened was that I got the point anyway! I tried this again, and have trained up to 20 so far in the guild. Previsouly, I'd only been able to exceed 18 by using special items.

I can't say for sure yet if this works for every attribute at every guild, but it's certainly worth exploring further.

Yup, I've found it to work at all guilds up to 20 points, then the option disappears for good.
